Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. At Balance Footwear you get longer than the law requires: you can return your order up to 30 days after delivery.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you name, receives the last item of your order.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. Email support@balance-footwear.com with your order number, or fill in the withdrawal form on this page. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

• Order not shipped yet: let us know and we cancel it and refund you. You do not have to return anything.
• Order already received: let us know, wait for our return authorisation, and send the items back within 14 days of your notice.

Refunds

We refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive the items back or after you have shown that you sent them back, whichever comes first. We refund to the payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. The refund itself never costs you anything.

Condition of the items

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached and in resaleable condition. You are liable for any loss in value if the items have been handled beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return costs

You carry the direct cost of returning the items, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item. In that case we cover the return. All returns need our written authorisation first, so please contact us before you ship anything back.
